Veterans of the Army's renowned 1st Infantry Division, the Big Red One,
will hold their 90th Annual Reunion in Colorado Springs, Colorado from
August 20-24, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza.
Everyone who ever served in the First Infantry Division or any unit
attached to it is cordially invited to attend the reunion.

Veterans of the First Engineer Battalion Annual Reunion September
7, 8, 9, 2008 Marriott Courtyard Inn, Junction City, KS
This could be our best
reunion yet. The 1st Engineer Combat Battalion
is returning from Iraq at the end of 2007, and will be stationed at
nearby Fort
Riley. This offers us a unique opportunity to interact with the
active
duty men and women who carry on in the proud tradition of our storied
unit.
We will tour historic Fort Riley, the 1st Infantry Division and U.S.
Cavalry
Museums, and the new developments at the Home of the Big Red One.

The
rates for the Hotel for the 2008 reunion are as follows.
Single
occupancy $121.00 per day, Total $363.00
Double
occupancy $147.00 per day, Total $441.00
The above rate
includes all taxes and
gratuities, 2 Buffet Dinners and 1 Banquet Dinner.

you call you must advise them you are making reservations for the
1st Engineer Combat Battalion Reunion for September 7,8,9,
2008. You may start making reservations NOW and the cut off
date is August 8, 2008. Reservations requests after the cut off
date will be accepted on space and rate availability. Those
wishing to arrive early, on September 6, may obtain the reunion rate as
long as 20 or more rooms are available, otherwise the rate will be
$112.00 plus tax. So book early to arrive early.
Shuttle
Buses (kciroadrunner.com)
are available approximately every 2 hours to and from the Hotel and
Kansas City
International Airport. The travel time
is about 2 hours. The cost is $97.00
per round trip.

are organizing a tour of
Fort Riley and it’s museums, and a demonstration by our active duty
unit.
